A team of technicians and specialists are employed to provide support in specific areas such as PC networking, application software, PC peripherals and other products.


Phone support and/or onsite support is made available to any business with varying pricing options available under Software Maintenance Agreements (SMA), Service Packs (SPAC), or Support Pre-Paid Pack (SPPP). Some of the agreements offered include: -
