360o Scanning
Named for the explorer who first sailed around the world, Magellan is the first and only scanner that can simultaneously read the bottom and all four sides of grocery store items - a full 360 degrees - and only a 10o tilt is needed to scan top-labeled items. Because Magellan doesn't have the 90o to 150o blind spots of so-called bi-optic scanners - those "dead zones" where the scanner can't read the barcode - checkers don't have to twist, turn or lift items.
The Ergonomic Choice
Just a simple, ergonomically-correct slide over the largest horizontal scan window on the market is all that's required.
