Configuration

The installation services we provide covers such things as design, installation, configuration, testing and setup of all the hardware and software we supply. The initial configuration and testing of systems are done at our premises. Standard customisation of the operating systems, network, and software applications will be done at this time. Our philosophy to provide a full functional system with minimal onsite disruption to your business dictates that, as much as possible, initial consultation; design and initial configuration are done, before onsite delivery and installation. This ensures a ready to run system in your business so "going live" can be achieved as quickly as possible.


The initial configuration stage requires close consultation with key people to allow the system to progressively take shape to meet your business requirements in screen layout, print layouts, and detailed setup of the various features as they relate to your business. Database setup, conversions and imports are also done at this initial configuration stage.

Any specific customisation requirements of systems will need to be discussed at the pre-sales and design stage to ensure the scope of work required is factored into the project. (See customisation & training below).


Onsite Installation

Our experienced staff are available to install your working system as initially delivered, however it may not have all the "bells and whistles" required for your immediate operational needs. This is progressively achieved with consultation between our technicians, you and your staff, during the onsite testing, training and customisation stage.
