INSTRUCTIONS

Click on the down arrow to download. When prompted select SAVE and choose your desktop as the place to save it to. Once the file is saved on your desktop and when prompted select OPEN to unzip the SOS8 file to your desktop which will then allow you to give Sontech remote support access.
